June 2019[edit]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add defamatory content, you may be blocked from editing. El_C 01:08, 8 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

stop removing good faith comments. If you would have waited just a second instead of instantly spamming revert you would have seen I was going to deleted the subsection I added.71.89.114.35 (talk)
I'm not a mind reader and BLP violations cannot be allowed stay. El_C 01:13, 8 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
understandable. I wasn't aware a previous editor removed multiple of my edits with one edit and i thought when I revert his edit it would just leave the comment, not the added subsection.71.89.114.35 (talk)

Your comments on Talk:George Soros were highly inflammatory as well. Consider this your final warning. – Muboshgu (talk) 02:26, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

My edit does not violate any rules of wikipedia whatsoever, BoLPs or otherwise. The information regarding Soros is clearly and easily accessible, (Redacted) All I asked was the blatant POV pushing calling it a "conspiracy theory" and then injecting straw men boogeymen like Alex Jones to bias the reader specifically to push a specific POV/narrative be dialed back to a more neutral point of view. This is no different than a creationist editing the page on evolution with a quote about how the Josef Mengele was a big proponent of evolution. Since I can't curtail the POV pushing via edits, because the article is locked, my only outlet is bringing the issue to the talk page. I would like to know why this was specifically wrong or have this block lifted. 71.89.114.35 (talk) 03:32, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

No, that is fiction for which you do not have a basis in fact for. He was a child at the time. Your comments violate our policy on living people. I would have blocked you for longer. El_C 03:36, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Enough. We cannot let you continue to violate our living people policy in your unblock requests. Talk page access revoked. I suspect that had you come into possession of a reliable source which supports your premise, you'd have used it rather than resorting to rhetoric and innuendo. El_C 03:59, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

And I'm redacting the BLP violation. – Muboshgu (talk) 20:21, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm MJL. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, it's important to be mindful of the feelings of your fellow editors, who may be frustrated by certain types of interaction, such as your addition to User talk:Jimbo Wales. While you probably didn't intend any offense, please do remember that Wikipedia strives to be an inclusive atmosphere. In light of that, it would be greatly appreciated if you could moderate yourself so as not to offend. Thank you. –MJLTalk 23:55, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
