Windows XP

Hello. I am interested to know why you are adding support dates for embedded siblings of Windows 8.1 to Windows XP article. But I am not interested in keeping them. I also have far less interest in coming to a compromise with people who hit revert button first, then think how to justify it. So, please don't push your luck and, when reverted, take the matter to talk page. But I'd read other people's edit summaries and your own sources more carefully, if I were you. Yes the source includes embedded versions of Windows 7/8/8.1 in addition to the various XP based embedded editions. Does this really matter? The other source includes products like Microsoft Plus! for Windows XP.... If you want I'll ref each OS version individually.

This is your talk page, so you can write on it however you like. You can even revert my edits to remove them.

But in the interest of teaching you how to use a talk page, I modified your page. When you post a reply, you don't need title (enclosed between two ==) but you need to add a : at the beginning of your reply to indicate that it is a reply to one level above. (If someone wanted to reply to the same person, he'd use equal number of : as yours.) Also please sign your message by typing ~~~~ at the end. (There is a button for it on the toolbar too.) When you save the page, it expands itself. You can deviate from this guideline in your talk page, but please stick to it in other people's talk pages and article talk pages.

Now, as for the problems of Wikipedia; yes, there are a lot of them, but the presence of one problem isn't a good justification for making another. Instead, you can help by solving one. Also, Windows Vista and later no longer have embedded editions because they were split into Windows Embedded family.
