The change was indicative of an apparent contradiction between the "Sources" for CO and the "Toxicity". If a smoker were inhaling 30k ppm, then by the "Toxicity" levels, they should be unconscious within a few puffs. I'm suggesting that one or the other is wrong. So, maybe remove the toxicity statement.
