Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in to List of Berklee College of Music alumni. Inappropriate links include links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that serve as advertising or promotion. Thank you. --Merry Headcheese!-hexaChord2 12:05, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
What was inappropriate? I have no affiliation to Keith Kenniff, I'm an English Police officer so there is absolutely no link between us other than my admiration for his work. It seems that a lot of assumptions have been made on your part and you have made no enquiries regarding my motivation, instead you have simply dismissed my edit without question.
- Please only add names to the list that have an own article here. If Mr. Kenniff is important enough to get an own article you may write one.----Merry Headcheese!-hexaChord2 12:22, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with to List of Berklee College of Music alumni. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. --Merry Headcheese!-hexaChord2 12:12, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
Are you going to engage in a discussion or simply enforce arbitrary policy - you have yet to clarify why my edit was inappropriate bearing in mind my lack of affiliation. You seem to be acting in a very archaic manner. Keith Kenniff is a legitimate inclusion on this page - do some research.(188.8.131.52 (talk) 12:17, 25 December 2008 (UTC))
This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you add inappropriate external links, as you did with to List of Berklee College of Music alumni. --Merry Headcheese!-hexaChord2 12:19, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
Ban me then, but you simply have no logical explanation for enforcing any ban, as I have not been abusive, my edit is factually correct, thus it is not vandalism and I have no affiliation with Keith Kenniff (further I have removed the hyperlink to the site). It's absolutely crazy. I will be banned and yet you will be in the wrong. It's incredible that some edits particularly on a page relating to my sisters work go unnoticed when they are completely irrelevant and should not be allowed and yet a relevant edit will lead to a ban. I guess I can expect no discussion or explanation on your part again? Who do I lodge my appeal with? (184.108.40.206 (talk) 12:28, 25 December 2008 (UTC))
