2013 Sequestration[edit]

Hello, I noticed that you changed the article 2013 Sequestration to say that the sequester has gone into effect. It should be noted however that even though today is March 1, 2013, it has not actually gone into effect yet, because the deadline is 11:59 PM today, not the beginning of March 1.
