Hi, I just wanted to ask if anyone could fix this [1] chart because there seems to be spelling errors and a redundant column that need to be sorted out. Thanks! 83.148.218.223 (talk) 08:17, 25 December 2013 (UTC)

Or maybe they aren't spelling errors, just typos that have to be removed. And it looks like that I'm not be able to edit the article to remove that unnecessary column on the right side of the chart... 83.148.218.223 (talk) 08:30, 25 December 2013 (UTC)

I fixed the typos but can't remove that redundant column in the right corner of the chart (due to insufficient rights etc.) And frankly Martijn, your answer ("so fix it") wasn't very constructive, coming from an administrator. Makes one doubt certain things in wikipedia... but still maybe you or someone else can edit that column off. 83.148.218.223 (talk) 12:09, 25 December 2013 (UTC)

Hi again 83, I'm sorry you didn't find it constructive (though I do note you did manage to fix part of your problem: the spelling errors. If you would like to know why I think it's far better to encourage people to fix things themselves on Wikipedia, I'm happy to discuss that with you - though I'm just about to leave for Christmas celebrations, so I won't be quite quick about it. As for the redudant column, it isn't about rights - you have the same ability to edit the page as any other editor. I think I fixed what you meant in this edit. Was that indeed what you meant? If so, yes, you could have made that edit yourself (but I'm happy to do it for you). Tables are one of the examples of arcane wikimarkup that is terribly opaque - especially to new editors. Help:Table has more on how to edit tables. Feel free to throw up a new helpme if you need more assistance. Martijn Hoekstra (talk) 12:40, 25 December 2013 (UTC)

Yes, that was the column I meant and I tweaked the table a little bit and added another "}" punctuation mark to make the table look like it should. Now this little problem is solved, thanks for fixing it and pointing out where to get extra info on how to edit tables for which I need to look a little further. I wish you happy holidays and a great new year! d:) 83.148.218.223 (talk) 13:58, 25 December 2013 (UTC)

Glad it worked out. Thank you and likewise! Martijn Hoekstra (talk) 11:16, 26 December 2013 (UTC)
