Article Reviews[edit]

Homeotic gene - Although this page gives good insight on the fact that homeotic genes influence developmental patterns, some information on how these genes do so would be useful. Additionally, a solid definition of homeotic gene early in the article would allow a reader to get a better grasp on the idea quickly and without having to read the entire article.

Koller's sickle - The definition of Koller's sickle could be expanded upon to provide more information about avian gastrulation. A more complete description Koller's sickle's involvement in the process, and how it contributes to the overall gastrulation process could allow for more clarity on the topic. Also, a more expanded explanation of the primitive streak could be beneficial for providing a more in-depth overview of Koller's sickle and its role in avian gastrulation.
