Hi. I noticed you placed a semi protection template at the top of the wood article. I assume you were trying to protect or request protection for the page due to disruption. To do this, just go to Wikipedia:Requests for page protection and follow the instructions to request protection by an admin, who will protect the page and place the template. Just adding it to the top of a page will not protect the page or alert anyone. GoodnightmushTalk 17:25, 7 July 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image (File:Mountain Hardwear logo.gif)[edit]

You've uploaded File:Mountain Hardwear logo.gif, and indicated that it's used under Wikipedia's rules for non-free images. However, it's not presently used in any articles. Wikipedia policy requires that non-free images be either used or deleted, so if this image isn't used in an article in the next week, it will be deleted.

This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 11:36, 6 January 2009 (UTC)

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Arledge, and it appears to include a substantial copy of For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.)

If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 17:58, 17 April 2010 (UTC)

Hi, now that Res points to a disambiguation page, please don't forget to help WP:FIXDABLINKS. Navigation popups with the popupFixDabs flag set to true is a big help. Thanks, --JaGatalk 16:17, 6 December 2010 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for May 27[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of fabric names, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mousseline (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 12:06, 27 May 2013 (UTC)

B's listed at Redirects for discussion[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect B's. Since you had some involvement with the B's redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. -- Tavix (talk) 14:33, 9 July 2015 (UTC)

ArbCom elections are now open![edit]

You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
