Stopping by Woods

I don't remember having reverted your addition, but history proves I did :-). Essentially, things you are not sure about go to the talk page, not on the article itself. In this particular case, what you posted was (possibly) a version of the poem in a language that is neither a. the original language the poem was written in; nor b. the language of the wikipedia you are writing into. For example, I wouldn't post the Italian version of a poem unless it was originally written in Italian, or I am writing on the Italian wikipedia. Nevertheless, I apologize for having reverted instead of using a clear edit summary; I seem to remeber I was in the middle of reverting other vandalism on related pages and I probably got confused.
