Spam in Visionaire (software)[edit]

Information icon.svg

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Visionaire (software), by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Visionaire (software) is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Visionaire (software), please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. To see the user who deleted the page, click here CSDWarnBot (talk) 21:21, 27 October 2008 (UTC)

For the record, I had nothing to do with the deleted spam article. In fact, the only reason I had once edited it was to disambiguate to the popular magazine Visionaire. Aroundthewayboy (talk) 16:55, 17 July 2014 (UTC)

Pete Wentz[edit]

Hey there, I'm awaiting your reply at Talk:Pete Wentz. I want to make sure we can come to an agreement to unprotect the page so we can edit the article and improve it. Thanks. DiverseMentality 22:48, 5 November 2008 (UTC)

December 2013[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Culture of Brooklyn may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • Brooklyn was the setting for a variety of televisionhttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Girls_(TV_serieshows including the 1950s era [[Honeymooners]] starring [[Jackie Gleason]], and the 1970s [

Wiki Loves Pride 2014[edit]

Hi Aroundthewayboy. In case you are not aware, there is an upcoming campaign to improve coverage of LGBT-related topics on Wikipedia, culminating with an international edit-a-thon on June 21. See Wiki Loves Pride 2014 for more information. If you are interested, you might consider creating a page for a major city (or cities!) near you, with a list of LGBT-related articles that need to be created or improved. This would be a tremendous help to Wikipedia and coverage of LGBT culture and history. Thanks for your consideration, and please let me know if you have any questions! --Another Believer (Talk) 15:39, 9 May 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for the notification -- I missed this event, but it sounds great. Maybe next year! Aroundthewayboy (talk) 16:58, 17 July 2014 (UTC)
