Air Raid Siren Haifa

Hallo Aviad2001!

In dem Userprofil von Wikipedia steht, dass du sehr gut deutsch sprichst. Deswegen schreib ich dir diese EMail auf deutsch. Wenn du doch Probleme hast, sende ich dir auch gerne noch einen englischen Text.

Ich schreibe dir, weil ich das Bild einer Air Raid Siren aus Haife in Wikipedia gefunden habe. Ich selbst befasse mich intensiv mit dem Thema CivilDefence in Deutschland und speziell mit diesem Sirenentyp, der von einer deutschen Firma stammt und nach Israel exportiert wurde. Ich hätte nun gern weitere Informationen über die Sirene in Haifa und bitte dich um Hilfe. Wäre nett, wenn du dich mal bei mir melden würdest!!!

מקודם נמנמתי קצת וחלמתי חלום מוזר בזמן שהייתי למעשה ער. אני זוכר בבירור את האור הדולק של חדר השינה שלי ברקע. לא ישנתי, ולא נתתי לעצמי להירדם (זה היה בעשר ולא רציתי לישון מוקדם) אשמח לשמוע מה דעתך

את החלום הזה אינני זוכר לפרטיו, ואם אבחר להגיש לך אותו הוא בוודאי יכלול תוספות מלאכותיות, ואינני רואה את הטעם בכך. היה לי חלום אחר בו אתה היית נוכח. בלי להכביר מילים אציין רק שהתנשאת לגובה של מטר תשעים וחמישה. עכשיו תגיד לי מה זה אומר. Gridge 12:59, 3 March 2007 (UTC).

אם לא תכביר מילים יהיה לי קשה לענות לך; אין כאן מילון של סמלים כמו שהאצטגנינים של ימי הביניים ניסו לכתוב (דם = זהב; עץ = גרדום; וכו'), אלא צריך לדעת את ההקשר המלא. העובדה שנראיתי לך גבוה יכולה להצביע על כך שאתה רואה בי אישית דמות אב; או דמות מאיימת; או (מה שסביר יותר) שאני רק מסיכה של מישהו או משהו אחר. אני צריך לדעת יותר פרטים: למשל, איך הרגשת (בחלום, או מייד אחריו) כשראית אותי? האם הייתי דמות חיובית, מרגיעה, מפחידה, אלימה? האם אמרתי משהו או אמרת לי משהו? בברכה

אם אני חולם חלום שזה דבר לא מאוד שגרתי אצלי (חלומות שאינני זוכר, אינם נספרים) אני בדרך כלל לא זוכר את החלום לפרטי פרטיו. כך גם את החלום הספציפי הזה. אם אני מוכרח לשחזר אותו מהראש אז זה הולך בערך כך: אתה באת לאסוף אותי ועוד מכר שלי (בחור בגילי שהיחסים שלי אתו מסתכמים בשלום-שלום) לאיזה כנס של ויקיפדים. נסענו בסוף למקום אחר. אני לא זוכר בדיוק לאן. זה היה אולם קטן עם מחשבים וכל מיני אנשים. אינני זוכר מה בדיוק עשינו שם וכיצד החלום נגמר. אני די בטוח ששוחחתי אתך - למעשה אני בטוח. אני לא זוכר איך החלום נגמר. אני לא זוכר מה עשינו עם המחשבים ומה הבחור הזה -- נקרא לו אורי לצורך העניין-- עשה איתנו. לא איימת עלי ולא שום דבר כזה. אני לא יודע איך הפרטים האלה עוזרים לך. הם בוודאי לא.

Hi Ilya! It's not accurate to write that Bolekhiv (which Mendelsohn systematically calls Bolechov) is a Ukranian town, or that at the time it belonged to Poland. Mendelsohn's narrative stretches over a long period of time, during most of which Bolechov actually had only a Ukranian minority. During WWII the town was a part of the USSR occupied by Germany, and Poland didn't exist at all. If you think that this information is absolutely needed, a more accurate version would be: "...who lived in Bolechow (in modern-day Ukraine) and were killed during the Nazi occupation." But I personally find it unnecessary. If the reader wants to know where Bolekhiv is all he has to do is click on the link. Aviad2001 (talk) 21:13, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

Me and my collegue are studying molluscs and lately we are trying to maps distribution of a population in Ramat Gan. So far we managed to collect from a major area and I what I ask from you is the street name in which you photographed the Rumina (which is R. saharica and not decollata as stated in the photo). I don't need the exact address, a name of the street will be more than enough, to see if it is the same area we already know (around Abitalion st.) or another area.
