Hello Bibihans. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Bibihans. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Bibihans|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. CommanderWaterford (talk) 11:50, 7 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Stating not paid: As described above, all you need to do is declare here on your Talk page that you are not being paid or otherwise compensated for work on the article in question. David notMD (talk) 16:31, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@David notMD: Thank you. Well noted. (User talk:Bibihans)

ALL CAPS[edit]

This is not a warning but just a word of advice. While on the internet, it's not always a good idea to type in ALL CAPS as it can be seen as yelling. If you want more information check out WP:CAPSLOCK. I'm only telling you this because your Teahouse headers were in all caps. Signing[edit]

You can easily sign your name my typing 4 tildes ~~~ ~ TigerScientist Chat 18:07, 7 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@TigerScientist: Noted with thanks. Bibihans (talk) 16:52, 8 May 2021 (UTC)Bibihans[reply]
Judging by your signature on this comment and those in your recent post at the Teahouse, there still seems to be a slight misunderstanding here, so I'll try to explain it to you with a little more detail. You only need to type four tildes (~~~~) to sign your posts; this will automatically insert a link to your user and talk page as well as a time stamp, so manually adding your name in addition to the tildes like you did above is not necessary. Hope that cleared it up! AngryHarpytalk 12:30, 28 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@AngryHarpy: Thanks for the information, will do. Bibihans (talk) 11:20, 29 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I am not a paid editor[edit]

I am not paid or receiving any incentive for publishing the article Draft:Elijah Chinezim Onyeagba. Thank you Bibihans (talk) 09:25, 11 May 2021 (UTC)Bibihans[reply]

I need help in reviewing my drafts[edit]

I am often fascinated by publications that are related to successful individuals and also emerging leaders and I recently came across a local article in Nigeria's newspapers Vanguard and Blueprint on Under 50 Leaders in public which so many of the individuals there published on Wikipedia. I discovered some of them are yet to be published on Wikipedia and I thought to give a shot with their profiles available in the references which I have provided. I am in need of experts who will help in reviewing my works on Draft:Elijah Chinezim Onyeagba and Draft:Sanusi Mohammed Ohiare. Thanks. Bibihans (talk) 09:37, 11 May 2021 (UTC)Bibihans[reply]

Draft:Elijah Chinezim Onyeaba (moved to talk page)[edit]

I have stated clearly that I am not a paid staff, contractor or employee of the subject matter, neither am I receiving any incentive for publishing this article.

Put this in the draft's talk page. TigerScientist Chat 00:32, 12 May 2021 (UTC)

TigerScientist, I intend to give them benefit of doubt, assume good faith and proceed to remove the tag. Let us see what they would make of it. Celestina007 (talk) 18:38, 24 May 2021 (UTC)

Celestina007 I think that they weren't paid. They definitely have good intentions. It will need a more neutral tone though. TigerScientist Chat > contribs 18:53, 24 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@TigerScientist: @Celestina007: Thank you for your faith in me and I hope to live up to it. Being on Wikipedia has been an ongoing learning experience which I wish to keep growing in. Bibihans

Excellent New Editor's Barnstar![edit]

The Excellent New Editor's Barnstar

A new editor on the right path
Saw your "sleeves up and ready" comment at the Teahouse. Good attitude, go get 'em tiger! A positive attitude is an excellent basis for an excellent Wikicareer, so here is the Excellent New Editor's Barnstar Herostratus (talk) 16:17, 29 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Herostratus: Wow! I am honored to receive a Barnstar. Looking forward to much more. Bibihans (talk) 07:31, 31 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Coincidentally, Herostratus was the first editor to show me kindness and support. That was in 2016, at that point I was being pounced left, right center by almost everyone and they were the first to defend me from any form of attack. I remember it all vividly. Bibihans, I’m happy you are happy, I would look into your second article now and see exactly why it was declined, and relay to you what to do next. Furthermore, if you intend to focus on biographical articles on politicians then reading WP:NPOL should a priority for you. Celestina007 (talk) 14:12, 2 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Looking forward to publication of my Draft:Sanusi Mohammed Ohiare[edit]

Editing an article Ben Akabueze[edit]

Inline with Wikipedia's goal to get more Nigeria articles, I am making my contributions on a suggested article for improvement and it just keeps getting better my experience on Wikipedia. However, I noticed the article is in need of more media coverage especially as relates to his early years, previous careers and achievements at present office deserving of notability. Bibihans (talk) 11:54, 7 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Clearly the article was written as a profile without essential content that highlights the key achievements of the entity qualifying it for notability.Bibihans (talk) 11:47, 11 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello![edit]

I noticed that you put your concerns of certain pages in your talk page. Next time, put them in that page's talk page. Thank you for your contributions and bye TigerScientist Chat > contribs 18:20, 12 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
