His outside-the-box thinking

Hi. I merged the info from the article you created into the Billy Martin article. Although it's valid encyclopedic material, it shouldn't be in a seperate article. I also tagged it as "original research" because references that you provided don't really show the "outside the box thinking." See Wikipedia:OR. You don't seem to be getting it - the entire problem is that they aren't professional, they're amateurs. We have certain standards for teams and certain standards for athletes, and this doesn't seem to fulfil either. Ironholds (talk) 04:17, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
