MOS:INFOBOXPURPOSE and MOS:IMGSIZE

The purpose of an infobox is "to summarize (and not supplant) key facts that appear in the article". In other words, if it is not in the article, do not add it. The only time an image size should be set is if the image would otherwise be too small or large under the default settings. A size of 400 pixels is far too big.
