To Charles (talk) As I have said previously, this is standard practice across all airport pages. You either apply your misguided notion that this is spam/promotion across all airport pages or not at all. Your inconsistency only serves to show your prejudice against a small number of airport pages. Bonner16 (talk) 12:05, 23 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring and violating the three-revert rule, as you did at Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 20:51, 23 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

April 2019[edit]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at Liverpool John Lennon Airport, you may be blocked from editing. Persistent refspamming Charles (talk) 12:49, 5 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Charles (talk) take it to the WT:Airports page. It is you who is being disruptive to a handful of airport pages; Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Doncaster-Sheffield Airport and Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport pages to name a few. Your notion that stating properly referenced future destinations as per WT:Airports templates somehow constitutes Spam or Advertisement is misguided to say the least. The fact you don't apply your policy across the majority of airport pages simply shows your prejudice against a select few airports. You are constantly edit warring with a growing number of fellow editors who adhere to the rules and disagree with you. You do not engage in any discussion on the matter. Ryanair service Liverpool - Milan Malpensa[edit]

Hi Bonner16

I'm writing you since you are a recurrent editor of the page Liverpool John Lennon Airport and you seems very involved also in other pages regarding the Merseyside city. I'm asking your help with regards to the Ryanair service from Liverpool to Milan Malpensa. On the company website it is not possible to book flights after the 26th of next October. The lack of a specific reference stating the end of the service (Ryanair, of course, do not announces the end of its routes, only the begins) bring some users to revert the end date reported in the WP page Milan Malpensa Airport and only lead to list the destination within those seasonals (because it can be the service will not be operated in winter season and comeback in next summer season). But also this is not referenced (while I used specific Ryanair filtered page to support the end of the service)

Do you have any information from UK side about this? any idea where can be found? I see that in the Liverppol Airport page no additional info is given for such route.

Thank you in advance for your help Riktetta (talk) 19:45, 3 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Riktetta (talk) It would appear that Ryanair are to cease the route on 26th October at the end of the Summer 2019 season. As you correctly state Ryanair do not publicly state the end of a route. It's unlikely to become seasonal as it appears that Ryanair are transferring the route to Manchester Airport as they have done previously with other routes from Liverpool Airport. Once it is no longer bookable from Liverpool then it will be removed as a route from the Liverpool John Lennon airport page. Sorry I can't be of any further help. Best, Bonner16 (talk) 21:09, 03 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Bonner16 and thanks a lot. Wherever a reliable source will appear, please advice me, as it could be helpfull in order to solve an ongoing edit war. Best regards Riktetta (talk) 09:03, 6 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Start dates[edit]

When a route starts, it is enough to remove the start date. Leave the reference in place, as that sources the actual route. Thank you. The Banner talk 10:15, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
