Welcome!

Hello, Bruno Monkus, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome!

I reverted your recent changes to Aaron Burr not be cause I necessarily thought they were bad (I'm not a real expert), but because the changes you made had special characters in it that made it unreadable. I would suggested you try the Wikipedia:sandbox to see what various characters do, especiall {{ and }} . If you have questions, feel free to leave a message on my talk page. You have also made changes to the Krisitn Linklater article using special commands like "template" that didn't take. They make the article unreadable. Please fix this. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.174.153.12 (talkcontribs) .

I hadn't noticed you had put a question on the help page, but I think the advice there was similar. Let me know if I can help. John (Jwy) 03:31, 25 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"Tina Packer was invited to be co-director with Kristin. The original company trained for five months in Great Alwyn, Warwickshire, in 1973. Later that year they performed Taming Of The Shrew and Winter's Tale in Stamford, Connecticut and Off-Broadway at the Performing Garage. This troupe's work led to the formation of a permanent training site." -- this is the history of Shakespeare & Company rather than the bio of Krisitn Linklater. Why don't you move this information to the Shakespeare & Comapany article, and if none exists, why don't you start one? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Cervino (talkcontribs) .

You found the right place on your own! To get to a user's talk page, simply go to their user page (normally you can get their by clicking on their name in the signature) and then click on the discussion tab. Then you are there! If you have specific questions about editing, wander back over there and ask! John (Jwy) 18:37, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I see you were trying on Aaron Burr. One hint is not to use double curley brackets ({{ and }}) as they have special meaning on this site. For what you are doing, regular parenthesis '(' and ')' should do (square brackets are special as well, so they will not work). And also, use the "Show Preview" button before you "Save page" to see if it turns out okay. John (Jwy) 18:42, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, I think you are responding to the wrong person. I have not been editing or commenting on Linklater. I simply added the text that says who wrote those comments above. You probably want to click on the "talk" link under whichever paragraph you are responding to. . . And if leave a blank line above what you add it will put it in a seperate paragraph.
