Your article on Ippongi Bang[edit]

Hi! Just dropping you a little note to welcome you to Wikipedia, and to thank you for adding a fine first article on the manga artist Ippongi Bang, which I myself recently edited. While the article itself was good, what it needed was Wikifying, which is the process of formatting the article using the standards applied to other Wikipedia articles (headings, bullet points and so on), adding links to other Wikipedia articles and external references, putting the article in appropriate categories (so it appears in an automatically-generated list alongside articles about other manga artists), etc. I've done this to the article already, but you can help out by doing some of this yourself in any future edits you make (and of course, categorising your articles will mean more people are likely to read them, and formatting them well will make them easier to read). You can learn about it by reading up about it on the links in the above welcome message, and don't be afraid to click the edit button of an article to see how the code appears "behind the scenes" and how it affects how the text appears in the article itself. If you have any questions, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page (just click the "T" after my signature), and don't forget that if you want to experiment with how Wikipedia's formatting works, you can use the sandbox page to mess around without affecting real articles. Once again, welcome to Wikipedia. ~Matticus TC 16:20, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
