Quotemarks[edit]

Hello Christian Heinrichs. I would just like to let you know that our manual of style guide recommends using straight double and single quotes (please see MOS:QUOTEMARKS for the details). I noticed that you changed them to curly marks at Electronic harassment. I have not restored the quotes and will let you or another editor do it if necessary, unless you ask me to change them. I think that your other changes to the article were positive. Thanks, and happy editing, —PaleoNeonate – 11:09, 5 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@PaleoNeonate: Thanks for linking the MOS:QUOTEMARKS article. The curly marks have been changed back on the corresponding article. It's interesting to note that the German Wikipedia for example recommends the usage of curly marks as in „Dies ist ein deutscher Text.“ You can read about it here. Yes, each Wikipedia have their own policies and guides (and administrators, RFCs, etc), it also makes sense to adhere to each language's best or most common practices for typography. And thank you very much for correcting the article, —PaleoNeonate – 22:50, 5 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
