Please don't copy and paste text from other websites, as you did here.[1] Small portions of text may be copied if they are attributed and placed in quotation marks, but that is a rare exception. Also, it's important to accurately summarize sources. In that same edit you implied that the award was given by the national ARC rather than a local chapter.
