invite to help edit some Fourth Amendment related pages[edit]

Hi Cirt, just wanted to invite you to help edit some Fourth Amendment related pages. I left a message on WikiProject US Constitution Talk which fills out the details and lists the pages.

Thanks! Seahawk01 (talk) 03:23, 12 November 2018 (UTC)

@Seahawk01: Cirt last edited in April 2016, so there's probably not much point in inviting him or her to help. Also, while I do not think it a good idea to speculate on the reason for his/her stopping editing, the end came very abruptly, which usually means that the editor will never be back. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 14:45, 30 November 2018 (UTC)

@JamesBWatson: ...ah, very good idea to check user's contribution history. I'm pretty new on Wikipedia and just finding my way around. Thanks! Seahawk01 (talk) 01:24, 1 December 2018 (UTC)

Greetings and Salutations[edit]

An imaginative 1882 greeting card in The National Archives collection.
To Cirt:
Hello!
Congratulations!
You have been included in my first, and possibly only, Very Early Christmas List!
As an earnest fellow believer in Santa Claus, and possibly in Our Redeemer Liveth as well, you may wonder how you got on this list.
I have no idea!
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
Unless I tracked down the connection in our user talk archives, in which case you know who you are!
Or not.
All the best for you and yours this Christmas 2018 and New Year 2019!

Delist-and-replace FPC nom[edit]

Cirt,

I know you haven't contributed in almost three years, but I must still notify you that I have nominated to FPC that File:Alpine House, Kew Gardens.jpg, an image I took which you successfully nominated as an FP here, be delisted and replaced with a more recent, improved (IMO) version I created, uploaded and got to FP at Commons a few months ago, after the original there was delisted from FP due to the deciding !vote in its original nomination having been cast by the sock of a now-banned user.

So, if for some reason you are reading this and decide this is an opportunity to return, here it is. Daniel Case (talk) 19:40, 16 January 2019 (UTC)
