Page protection[edit]

Only admins can protect pages. Putting the template at the top of a page does nothing. If you want a page protected, make a request at Requests for Page Protection, which I am about to do for the Directors Guild of America Awards article.--Dycedarg ж 06:14, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

Thanx for reverting the edits on the michael Jackson article, clearly that person never read the article but just saw the heading. Yours from the depth of enlightenmentRealist2 20:00, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

I have just looked at the users edit history he has done this before so obviously it was deliberate. [[1]] Yours from the depth of enlightenmentRealist2 20:00, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

The format I was using for the IMDb link was given to me by another editor who said it was the new way to enter the link. I never checked to see if it was working properly. I appreciate your making the corrections you did. However, may I suggest if in the future you discover someone is repeatedly using an incorrect format that you contact the individual directly and let him or her know instead of making the changes and hoping or assuming he or she eventually will realize what's wrong? Thanks! LiteraryMaven (talk) 20:28, 12 December 2008 (UTC)

Golden Globes - The Hurt Locker[edit]

Thank's for your attention! I misinterpreted some news about the CRITICS' CHOICE AWARDS. --Kai-Hendrik (talk) 23:37, 16 January 2010 (UTC)

I only called it vandalism because I'm so used to reverting false info all the time. No hard feelings.

Replied at your request. Connormah (talk) 06:18, 14 August 2011 (UTC)

Jonathan Frid - conflicting sources[edit]

I had added the entry based on the article, but even within the article, there are RSes that indicate either the 14th or the 13th. What should take precedence? MSJapan (talk) 00:31, 21 April 2012 (UTC)[edit]

This IP already had multiple blocks, and came off of one block to repeat the same kind of edits that he got blocked for in the first place. Because you didn't actually report him to WP:AIV, you had to unnecessarily deal with his vandalism for the past month. In the future, report IPs to AIV and don't mollycoddle them.—Ryulong (竜龙) 17:40, 8 May 2012 (UTC)

Yes. Seriously. Adding jokes like that is not constructive.Crboyer (talk) 06:59, 20 January 2013 (UTC)

I was wondering where could I leave messages to you (Crboyer). And really, you've got to admit that last one from ricky gervais's as a polar bear was hilarious. Anyway, I'm truly sorry for all the trouble. — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 09:54, 10 March 2013 (UTC)

Article Feedback deployment[edit]

Hey Crboyer; I'm dropping you this note because you've used the article feedback tool in the last month or so. On Thursday and Friday the tool will be down for a major deployment; it should be up by Saturday, failing anything going wrong, and by Monday if something does :). Thanks, Okeyes (WMF) (talk) 23:50, 13 March 2013 (UTC)

A cup of tea for you![edit]

Meissen-teacup pinkrose01.jpg I tip my hat off to you for working on reverting the recent vandalism at The Muppets (film) page. Hard work always deserves a cup of relaxing tea. ~ Jedi94 (talk) 00:30, 23 April 2013 (UTC)

The Departed[edit]

Apologies. I made a passing glance at the Nominations section and glazed over the fact that it said "Golden Globes". My mistake. Corvoe (speak to me) 01:13, 18 June 2013 (UTC)

Emik Avakian[edit]

I have discovered a YouTube video which says that he died. Unfortunately, as of now, there is no other source to be found. Would this YouTube video be suffice? I have even spoke to the wife of Avakian and she says he died. Proudbolsahye (talk) 01:14, 13 July 2013 (UTC)

I saw over on The Flash (video game) you have run afoul of this user. Far more infuriating than the user's persistent edits on video game articles are the user's edit summaries and numerous IPs (all of which trace back to Southern California/Northern Mexico)... Good luck. --Jtalledo (talk) 18:12, 24 October 2013 (UTC)

Malaysian IP vandal[edit]

Wolverine: Origin[edit]

If you'd care to explain yourself, instead of just erasing content, based on an umbrella term, that'd be great.... Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jonamatic (talkcontribs) 06:54, 2 May 2014 (UTC)

Edge of Tomorrow[edit]

There's no way Cage and Rita get out of a highly fortified military base/hospital crawling with guards (which the movie itself highlights on the first try. After watching the movie 4 times, you notice the movie cuts from the hospital scene directly to them hiding behind 2 crates. Cruise knows exactly when the guard sees them and moves according. He has done this before. The power of editing means we don't need to take the movie linearly. We could be seeing any number of edits at a given time. Evidence highly points to the fact that he did not lose the power when he told Rita he did. (talk) 06:26, 20 June 2014 (UTC)musing

Christine Cavanagh in film[edit]

The link I originally posted by her space was for the Rugrats (film series). I thought that I should follow what was written Robin Williams's space since there a link to the Night at the Museum (film series), which has a shorter name. And1987 (talk) 01:35, 31 December 2014 (UTC)

Governor Brewer's page[edit]

I was adding the citations. As far as a source for all of it, I worked for Governor Brewer and was involved either directly or indriectly with a large portion of the accomplishments. Azcoyotesrock (talk) 05:14, 9 January 2015 (UTC)Azcoyotesrock

IP is trying to sucker editors into an edit war; I screwed up and got caught in a fourth revision and was immediately reported. Please be careful. ScrpIronIV 04:20, 19 May 2015 (UTC)

Future Disney Releases[edit]

Regarding the List of Walt Disney Pictures films page[1], Mary Poppins is missing[2] and the Han Solo Star Wars film has a release date of May 25, 2018[3]. Crazyfordisney (talk) 10:45, 9 October 2015 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for December 18[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 1991 in film, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Action and Thriller (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

20th Century Fox[edit]

Never mind for what you did to my editing's in these two pages. I just want 20th Century Fox to be warned about my opinion(on what to do with the rights of the fantastic four) ands I didn't know other way to warn them.

Film vandal[edit]

I ran into the vandal you reported. While doing some cleanup, I noticed that might need reviewed as well. Seems to have hit some of the same articles. -- ferret (talk) 01:04, 27 December 2015 (UTC)
