General TV article editing[edit]

Hi there, a few notes re: some of your recent edits:

  1. Re: this, genres must be sourced per Template:Infobox television instructions.
  2. Re: this, if you are making a declaration about the future, it needs to be accompanied by a reliable source. Wikipedia is not a crystal ball. We don't attempt to predict the future. This content is at risk of deletion.
  3. Re: these changes, you are making controversial statements about a show's success. This content needs to be accompanied by authoritative references. The content has been removed.
  4. And generally speaking, if you plan to edit TV articles, you need to familiarise yourself with our Manual of Style for television articles. These guidelines represent widespread community consensus for how articles should be shaped.

Disambiguation link notification for October 13[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Chandrakanta (2017 TV series), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mystery (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

October 2017[edit]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Chandrakanta (2017 TV series). This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Diff: [1] As previously noted, genres must be sourced per Template:Infobox television instructions. I also don't think that "supernatural" and "revenge" are standard television genres. Feel free to find out by asking members of WT:TV. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 15:53, 13 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Ye Hai Mohabbatein, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Diffs: [2] In these 12 edits, you removed a large amount of content without providing an explanation or seeking consensus to do so before hand. Some of the content was also sourced, so it's unclear what you were intending to do, or why. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 22:30, 22 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
