August 2014[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Dalitstan may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

Final warning for replacing redirect without consensus[edit]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia. OhNoitsJamie Talk 15:41, 23 August 2014 (UTC)

You have been indefinitely blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. Vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our neutral point of view policy will not be tolerated. Request reason:

When I'm editing articles, it takes time to post links and sources. If you're going to ban me before I can even add sources, what's the point? Are you a DALIT? Do you LIVE in the situation we do? If not, don't act like no holy cow. I'm going to personal see to it that you have your moderator rights revoked. Totally unacceptable behaviour!

Decline reason:

This unblock request does not show an understanding of the reasons for your block and does not indicate that unblocking you will be beneficial to the goal of improving the encyclopedia. Kinu t/c 02:30, 25 August 2014 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired.

I would advise getting the sources ready before you post. Also, in reference to your edit summary containing "Dalitstan is coming and we have a right to tell the world" - maybe it is, and maybe you think you do. But you have no right to use Wikipedia to tell the world. This is an encyclopaedia, not a bulletin board or social media, or a news site. Finally, the term is 'administrator' (or 'sysop' sometimes) here, not 'moderator'. If you calm down and stop threatening, you will get further. Jamie is reasonable, like most of the admins here, but none of us react well to threats. If you get it done quickly, you can alter your request. Peridon (talk) 22:12, 24 August 2014 (UTC)

Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Dalit101, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
