NowCommons: File:PJSta6.jpg

File:PJSta6.jpg is now available on Wikimedia Commons as Commons:File:PJSta6 (1).jpg. This is a repository of free media that can be used on all Wikimedia wikis. The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore. You can embed an image uploaded to Commons like you would an image uploaded to Wikipedia, in this case: [[File:PJSta6 (1).jpg]]. Note that this is an automated message to inform you about the move. This bot did not copy the image itself. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 08:30, 2 June 2009 (UTC)

Suwannee River Bridges

I was wondering if you might have some photos of Suwannee River bridges that you could add to this List of crossings of the Suwannee River ? Gamweb (talk) 12:53, 4 June 2009 (UTC)

Re: Fredericksburg (Amtrak station)

Well Fredericksburg isn't a very attractive station anyway, but I'll probably change it out with one of the trainweb photos. They have photos of every Amtrak station and the rights on them have been released so we can do what we want with them. Murjax (talk) 16:19, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

  • http://www.trainweb.org/usarail/ Take a look at this page. He specifically says that rights are not reserved and that we are free to use the photos however we want. I personally prefer to take my own photos too. I have a nice HD camera so my photos would look better. A lot of the trainweb photos are a little grainy, but I think they're good enough until someone can get better shots. Murjax (talk) 17:36, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
    • I take that back. Some trainweb photos just got deleted today. I didn't understand the reason (I'm not into law), but apparently Wikipedia is an exception to someone releasing their own photos to the public domain. Weird. Murjax (talk) 03:21, 14 June 2009 (UTC)

WP:NYSR inactivity check

Hello, DanTD. You are receiving this message because you are listed on the participant list of WP:NYSR. I am conducting an inactivity check on behalf of the project to see if the project still has an active editor base. The status column on the participant list will be cleared today, and to remain a listed member of the project, you must update your status on the participant list (preferably using the terms "Active", "Semi-active", or "Inactive") which is located here. Those who do not update their status after one week (by the night of June 25) and those who put inactive as their status will be removed from the list. If you have any questions, please leave a message on my talk page or at the "A smorgasbord of topics" section on WT:NYSR. Thank you for your understanding and your time. – TMF 12:28, 18 June 2009 (UTC)
