Yep[edit]

Thanks, Dave. I did the best I could; my template drop-down menu stopped working a few days back. I haven't messed with my preferences other than to disable Visual Editor. Do you think that could be the problem or is a browser incompatibiity more likely? Tiderolls 17:28, 28 July 2013 (UTC)

  • Not quite sure about your side but from time to time I do run into the same problem as you did just now (assuming that you're running Firefox like me, and you can forget about Opera!), though that's nothing which a complete system reboot cannot fix. Anyway, I saw the earlier CN tag and went in search for sources when I noticed you've already done so. Got down to tweaked it a wee bit and was about to thank you when you drop by here. Thanks again~! :) --Dave ♠♣♥♦™№1185©♪♫® 17:46, 28 July 2013 (UTC)

Henry creates a new article[edit]

Hey Dave, our friend HCobb has created Glenn Marine Group, which appears to be based in Singapore. I think it can meet GNG, but I'm not certain. I rescued it from Prod, but it'll probably got to AFD soon anyway, as it really is a shoddy attempt to make an article. I'm not planning on doing Henry's work for him to try to save it, as I've no interest or background in the subject. I have asked for help at WTSHIPS. Do you anything about the company, or an editor who might be interested in working on the article? Thanks. - BilCat (talk) 08:24, 9 November 2013 (UTC)

ArbCom elections are now open![edit]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
