Unless:

(1) your real given name is David, (2) your middle or last initial is D, AND (3) you are in or around DC

I think your UserName is in violation of policy.

Your username is inappropriate as described above, since appropriation of a name deliberately and misleadingly similar to an existing user's is not permitted. Particularly not when you've done so principally for the purpose of vandalising articles. I have blocked this account indefinitely.
