Sonia Rosemary Keppel[edit]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Sonia Rosemary Keppel, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Sonia Cubitt, Baroness Ashcombe. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 16:24, 23 June 2014 (UTC)

Please do not perform cut and paste moves. It is essential to maintain the page histories for legal reasons. DrKiernan (talk) 17:02, 23 June 2014 (UTC)

July 2014[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm SW3 5DL. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Gauri Pradhan Tejwani, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page IST. Removing AfD template[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Rosalind Cubitt. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. This is an automated message from a bot about this edit, where you removed the deletion template from an article before the deletion discussion was complete. If this message is in error, please report it.—cyberbot I NotifyOnline 23:28, 16 September 2014 (UTC)

Information icon Hello, I'm Dhtwiki. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Hiten Tejwani without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! December 2014[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Gauri Pradhan Tejwani. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block.

I made various changes to the article that make it conform to some of our policies and guidelines. In particular, there is no excuse for the various formatting oddities, for which we have guidelines such as MOS:ITALICS and MOS:BOLD. I can explain further but please do not edit war in a situation where, I promise you, there is little support for your position. Sitush (talk) 19:08, 17 December 2014 (UTC)

I've opened a discussion at Talk:Gauri Pradhan Tejwani. You really should read it. - Sitush (talk) 19:49, 17 December 2014 (UTC)

Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion[edit]

December 2014[edit]

Information icon Hi there! Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing an article on Wikipedia, you will see a small field labeled "Edit summary" shown under the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Gauri Pradhan Tejwani does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks! Sam Sing! 22:23, 17 December 2014 (UTC)

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for contravening Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy, as you did at Gauri Pradhan Tejwani. Please read our non-negotiable biographies of living persons policy and confirm here that you understand it completely. Please realise, you are editing biographies of living persons with disregard for some of the key issues contained within the policy, especially relating to ensuring that each and every content within the BLP is sourced. Please also read BLPNAME before you attempt to mention the name of any child in the BLP. Kindly also read our policy on Edit warring, especially the part that talks about not making more than three reverts/undos within a period of 24 hours. You have contravened this 3-revert-rule too, by reverting more than 3 times in 24 hours. Please confirm that you have read both BLP and Edit warring policies. Unless you confirm that, your block will remain in place. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.   Wifione Message 16:49, 19 December 2014 (UTC)
