I removed your addition of 2-coloring as an application of 2-satisfiability, because it was unsourced. But also, it is not really an application. It is a much easier special case. So regardless of sourcing, it does not belong to the part of the article where you added it. —David Eppstein (talk) 21:37, 28 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Math formatting

Hi! I saw you changed formatting of mathematical formulas on several formal language articles. When I started editing Wikipedia, I did similar work, most of which, however, turned out to be a waste of time. There is no consensus about which formatting should be used (see MOS:FORMULA), so some articles are changed back and forth during the years. Today, I change formatting only to obtain a unique style throughout a section or article (For example, "Define f(x) = x² ... Using $f(x)=x^{2}$ , one obtains ..." is clearly inferior to "Define $f(x)=x^{2}$ ... Using $f(x)=x^{2}$ , one obtains ..."). I just want to let you know my experience.
