Your recent editing history at India Against Corruption shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. You have been blocked from editing for a period of 72 hours for personal attacks, battleground editing, bloat and disruption on Talk:India Against Corruption. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Bishonen | talk 11:13, 28 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for making legal threats or taking legal action. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved.  Euryalus (talk) 12:02, 28 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you Euryalus. I'd have done it, except that my computer crashed when I tried. I have withdrawn talkpage privileges, as they were using them to make threats. Duffy, you may request unblock via the WP:OTRS page. Bishonen | talk 12:12, 28 September 2014 (UTC).[reply]

Sockmaster[edit]

You needn't bother to withdraw the legal threats, since doing so won't be enough for an unblock in any case. A checkuser, User:Ponyo, has identified you as the sockmaster of HRA1924, and Lindashiers. ("Sockmaster" simply means that this is the oldest of the three accounts.) I daresay there have been other accounts as well in those year-long intervals between your supposed contributions. I'll be tagging those two as socks, and if you create (or revive) further accounts to push the same agenda, I won't bother a checkuser again, they'll simply be blocked on behavioral evidence. Sarbajit Roy listed at Redirects for discussion[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Sarbajit Roy. Since you had some involvement with the Sarbajit Roy redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. Stuartyeates (talk) 19:04, 10 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
