https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Sro23 Why have you blocked my page? I would like to set up this page and I do not think it is fair that you use my past actions against me.

After following procedures set last year, I had assumed the slate was going to be swept clean.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Clean Slate: I'm being blocked for actions I committed last year. I don't find it fair or friendly, and I feel like Binksternet is suing a personal vendetta against me. I followed the steps I was asked to last year, and did not set up an account for fourteen months. The minute I did, it was blocked. I don't think this act of prejudice is becoming of Wikipedia. Decline reason:

1) If you are blocked for abuse of multiple accounts, avoiding doing that for 14 months is a good start. But you should post an unblock request on your original account, not just create a new account and continue.

2) Making personal attacks in an unblock request is pretty much guaranteed to get that request denied. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 13:54, 14 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

The original account is User:Rorylyng (see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Rorylyng/Archive), and this person has posted an unblock request there at User talk:Rorylyng. I should note that the main intent of this person is to ensure his own writings appear in Wikipedia,[1] which sets him directly at odds with the Wikipedia policy explained at WP:NOTHERE.
