Smartse Point taken; however, the value of the information does not change depending on the outcome of the lawsuit. It is likely that there will never be a conclusion to the lawsuit as it will be likely settled out of court. It would seem to be contrary to the values of Wikipedia to only make information available dependent if it supported by a trial outcome. I specifically wrote the information to provide only the facts that were reported and specifically left out the possible legal arguments on both sides. Cracker Barrel has acknowledged that this incident did take place. Whether they are negligent or not in the eyes of the court does not alter the facts of the situation.
