Sock recreation

Faldi00, can you please confirm how you came to recreate the draft Ngada people as a near verbatem copy of the article previously added by a confirmed sock account? I just realized that the Ngada People article was created by a sock puppet account when you informed me about it. I created this article by translating the Indonesian version because it came into the translation recommendation, and also the topic was notable enough to be included into the Wikipedia English.
