hi, nice photo, however we have to have a creative commons license for photos here. your photo appears to be copyrighted by Laura Wilson, so you would need her permission; there is an email process wp:OTRS to confirm this. in the meantime there is a photo on commons to use File:-August Kleinzahler 045549.JPG.

also, you user name suggests you work for Farrar, Straus and Giroux. this is a problem, you may be blocked. but don't worry, you can create another user name that is "un-corporate"; and you should note any potential conflicts on your user page wp:COI. here is an example user:sarasays. cheers.
