Allen Walker[edit]

Allen Walker became a GA! I couldn't have done it without you. Regards.Tintor2 (talk) 18:46, 31 May 2016 (UTC)

Speaking of GAs, sorry about any overlinking on Halden Prison. It's a serious addiction, you know :) GABgab 23:21, 3 June 2016 (UTC)
Haha, GeneralizationsAreBad, just fine! At least, it's a unharmful addiction (except for GA reviewers :P). Gabriel Yuji (talk) 23:25, 3 June 2016 (UTC)

Islamo-Leftism[edit]

Hi. You removed a reference from the article with the edit summary "not appropriate per WP:EL". Leaving aside the fact that WP:EL doesn't apply to citations, I don't understand why a professor's faculty page is inappropriate under WP:EL. Could you please explain? Thank you. — MShabazz Talk/Stalk 18:47, 2 July 2016 (UTC)

Hey, MShabazz, it was not being used as a reference; the reference to that Fraser's statement is this one and I've removed a link to his profile which isn't necessary to support anything there. I've removed it mainly because of WP:ELPOINTS #2: "External links should not normally be used in the body of an article" (though it's my fault that I was not precisely enough in my summary). Thanks, Gabriel Yuji (talk) 18:56, 2 July 2016 (UTC)
Thanks for the explanation. I thought the website was being used as a source for his being a professor. There was a time when many articles used raw links like that as sources, but thankfully that's no longer the case. Thanks again for the explanation. — MShabazz Talk/Stalk 19:05, 2 July 2016 (UTC)
Oh, I see your point, MShabazz; but I agree with you that's not necessary (the paper itself describes Fraser). Regards, Gabriel Yuji (talk) 19:09, 2 July 2016 (UTC)

Yu Kanda[edit]

I think I found that Graphic source when searching key words "Kanda" and "Willingham" using the engine to find reliable sources from the project. I've hidden that source for now. About nominating it to GA, I'll try doing once it gets copy-edited. Cheers.Tintor2 (talk) 22:28, 2 July 2016 (UTC)
