Commas

[edit]

I am curious as to why you are removing commas from articles with dollar amounts.Sottolacqua (talk) 16:39, 13 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

And we mean the amounts with 4 figures. WikiLubber (talk) 00:28, 1 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to User:GameGuy95/Whammy! The All-New Press Your Luck (revival), did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Pyramid

[edit]

Hey, man. Listen, why are you moving the information on the unsold pilots to Pyramid (game show) instead of leaving it in the more-appropriate Pyramid (game show) broadcast history? The set information listed is roughly parallel to the main broadcast history, yet has not been moved.

In addition, the pilot sections were written to keep the "flow" of the broadcast-history article intact - it flows directly from the Davidson version to the 1996-2000 pilots, then the Osmond version, then the 2009 pilots.

I have reverted the edits on both pages. If you wish to discuss this, please let me know. Thank you for your time. Daniel Benfield (talk) 21:48, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

VMA 2009

If your goal is to be the first one to post the winning result, stop. Please format it correctly. You're not impressing anybody by simply bolding the winner first. Gage (talk) 02:05, 14 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, my apologies. I had worked on the 2009 Emmy article as it was happening, and it was formatted the other way that I have been adding. Disregard my message. Gage (talk) 02:09, 14 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Family Double Dare

[edit]

Since you weren't sure about if it is possible to syndicate to a network, I thought I'd clarify. According to the Encyclopedia of TV Game Shows, a network program is when a program is broadcast on multiple stations at the same time. Thus the Fox run of Family Double Dare was a network program. Syndication is when a program is sold on a station-by-station basis. Thus by definition, you can't syndicate to a network.

So in a nutshell, you are correct. Good work! SchuminWeb (Talk) 00:08, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent change to List of programs broadcast by Retro Television Network for the section for Genesis International was reverted. The Michael Landon Estate are the owners of the series Highway to Heaven but they are not the distributors; Genesis International Television is. Please see this link for details. Hi. When you recently edited The Krypton Factor (U.S. game show), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Syndication (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Kids Incorporated, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Freeform (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Film distributors

[edit]

Please note that films should list the actual credited distributor, and not parent companies such as the Walt Disney Company. A recent RFC also determined this to be the consensus of the site: [1]. – Wallyfromdilbert (talk) 13:50, 5 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Powerball: The Game Show has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Regional game show that only aired in a select few markets. Zero sourcing found

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
