Speedy deletion of PiPyramid[edit]

A tag has been placed on PiPyramid, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 22:24, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps to arise again some day. Gravitroid (talk) 07:38, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

July 2008[edit]

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to PiPyramid. While objective prose about products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Thank you. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 23:56, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Talk in circles much? There is no product or service being advertised. Gravitroid (talk) 07:37, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

As a longtime editor here at Wikipedia, I am quite familiar with WP:BITE, and there is absolutely no need for me to read it once, much less four or five times. However, I don't have much patience with those who are obviously and blatantly using Wikipedia to promote themselves, their own "research," or anything of that ilk. You were obviously doing just that, despite warnings not to do so. Wikipedia is not a place to post your "research," and if you cannot abide by that, then I advise you to find another venue to express your views. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 00:22, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

pats you on the back, feel better now? Gravitroid (talk) 07:37, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks will lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. If you keep this up, you won't be around here very long. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 01:05, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

now your just being childish. Gravitroid (talk) 07:37, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, that would be what we call sockpuppetry, which means we pretty much nuke every article and every account you create. We have all sorts of ways of tying account names and IP addresses with those of banned users. In short, you're wasting your time. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 05:24, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

And in short, your wasing YOUR time. Gravitroid (talk) 07:37, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 10:06, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Transcendental number[edit]

On my talk page, you say:

Please elaborate on your choice to delete my changes, although I do understand your reasoning behind such a move, you fail to explain why you feel that way. What good does that do anyone?

The "infinite numbers" you mention are not part of the standard number systems (real and complex numbers). --Macrakis (talk) 09:29, 6 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
