How to change a picture? Since I am a new user I am unable to do so. The image that needs to be changed is on Harishchouhan25 (talk) 08:28, 21 February 2014 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. I have moved this down, because new contributions usually go at the bottom of talk pages, so as to keep contributions in order.
A useful tip: in order to make a link to another page, you don't need the full URL: type the name between double square brackets. So typing [[Chetan Bhagat]] gives a "wikilink" to Chetan Bhagat.
What change is needed to the article? Do you have a better picture that is available under a free licence? If so, upload it to Commons, which holds images for all the Wikimedia projects. I don't think you have to wait for autoconfirmed status there. Commons:Upload is the place to start. If it's not suitable according to those requirements, we can't use it. Non-free content can sometimes be used on the English Wikipedia, under very restricted circumstances such as images of logos or album covers, but a non-free image must satisfy all ten of the conditions at WP:NFCC, and images of living persons fail WP:NFCC#1, because a free image could be created. Thanks John. I followed the steps you provided and have been able to update the picture. The picture was provided by the person about whom the mentioned page was and he is the owner of the image and has confirmed that the picture is shared with no restrictions.
