All-Ukrainian Supreme Legal Council[edit]

In this edit to All-Ukrainian Supreme Legal Council, you added links to

Now, I can't read Ukrainian, but fortunately I have access to the English language version of the Constitution of Ukraine, and I know that it makes no mention of the All-Ukrainian Supreme Legal Council. I also know that there is no mention of the Council on the CCBE page, and that Ukraine is not even a member of the CCBE. So please explain to me why you think these are valid references for this article. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:16, 8 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

All-Ukrainian Supreme Legal Counci[edit]

To User talk:WikiDan61 from User talk :Helga377

For the 1 link Constitution of Ukraine, I use it because the Article 36 of Constitution which stipulates that Citizens of Ukraine have rights to join in political parties, PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS (in this case the All-Ukrainian Supreme Legal Council is public oraganization)to protects their rights and freedoms....or represents and protects interests and rights of other people, so it is a basis according to which was founded our Organization All-Ukrainian Supreme Legal Council.

Second reason, the Constitution is a basis for activities of the All-Ukrainian Sepreme Legal Council.

So it why I used it in references.

About the CCBE, Ukraine is one of the Observer members, and I used it because our organization operates according to the rules of the Code of Conduct for Lawyers.

And the last, about the All-Ukrainian supreme Legal Council and Supreme Council of justice.

We are private organization, which was founded with aim to join ukrainian lawyers, and we provide lagal aid, represents people's interests and so on. But we coordinate with state authorities.

And Supreme Council of Justice is a state body, which is an advising judicial and control-revisionary government body in Ukraine. Supreme Council of Justice advises on the appointment or release of certain judges, examines the cases of infringements, and executes disciplinary proceedings involving judges of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and other high specialized courts.

Citing the Constitution of Ukraine because it includes provisions that allow your organization to exist is quite a stretch. That would be the equivalent of citing the United States Constitution (which includes clauses guaranteeing for the free assembly of citizens) on the article of literally every club that is formed within the United States! And while the AUSLC may operate according to principles set forth by the CCBE, there is no verification of that fact at the CCBE's website, nor is there any claim of that fact within your article, so citing it as a source is also questionable. I note that you have removed these references. Thank you. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 16:35, 8 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
WikiDan61 Yes, I removed it. Because your notice about my references looks like I have violated Wikipedia rules. If there are raise to keep this page (All-Ukrainian Supreme Legal Council) please tell me what else should I do. Thank you Helga377 10:29, 9 December 2016
Since the page has been nominated for deletion, if you would like to voice your opinion on the matter, please post a comment at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/All-Ukrainian Supreme Legal Council. You'll need to "argue from police", that is, give reasons why you believe the page meets the criteria for inclusion. If you can show that the organization has been the subject of some significant coverage in independent media, that would help significantly.
