Happy editing!

Regarding the request on my talk: I feel honoured but not quite the right person for the task. As you may have seen on my talk, I don't get to the articles I want to write. I like to help new editors, but prefer smaller portions of work. I don't know what it is but - as you may have seen on my talk - I just got involved with a new editor who has a passion for the articles of Bach and Beethoven ;) - Frankly: Wikipedia has little room for passions. Without a mentor, you could simply add or corrects single facts, with good references, of course. I can put the article on my watchlist, and check. The person best suited for the topic Aristophanes - just by user name - might be UndercoverClassicist ;) -- Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:20, 3 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Gerda,
Thank you very much for your kind and so useful reply! It was very welcome indeed, and so fast! I appreciate the several helps that you sent me, giving advice about a tutorial (always useful), the Teahouse (why not?) and the Task Center (another initiative I did not know). Thanks also for suggesting me UndercoverClassicist who could be of help to me. Your kind welcome is a good start: I wish you all the best for your work and passions at Wikipedia. Best wishes. ~~~~HeracleonGelensis HeracleonGelensis (talk) 12:57, 7 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
