Violation of our WP:BLP policy[edit]

We cannot state as fact that Fair called the police Nazis. That is the same as stating that she is guilty, and she denies calling the police Nazis, read her HuffPost article. And she wasn't fined, money was confiscated from her to pay for the legal action. Presumably she'll get that back if found not guilty. Please do not repeat this, as I said, it's against policy.
