WP:GAB explains how to contest your block. You need to convince us you understand you were spamming, you'll need to explain how your future edits would differ from your past edits, you'll need to convince us you have read and understood WP:COI and WP:SPAM, and you'll need to pick a username that complies with WP:USERNAME.
