You might want to read this before responding again. If you act up again, I can and will revoke your talk page access. Appealing this block is very simple:

Stop cussin' at people. Act like an adult.
Let us know you understand that what you did was wrong, explaining in detail what you specifically did wrong.
Explain how you plan to avoid engaging in those behaviors again.
Explain what kind of behaviors you will engage in instead.
