Hello, thank you for reaching out however, although it can not be proven, I have studied and tracked Russian Air Force movements from over dozens of Russian Air Bases including Chkalovsky Air Base. I can definitively say that Chkalovsky Air Base acts as the primary base for the Russian Air Force. Thanks for writing me, I get most of my knowledge off of Flight Radar 24 (flightradar24.com) where I can see that for example Fedex started operating that 757 at BUR and one of the places that the aircraft arrives form, is Portland. I understand where you are coming from, however due to both WP:VERIFY and WP:OR, you need to include sources, which is why I’ve been reverting it. Give those 2 links a read and I hope that’s understandable.
