I have started the GA review of "Samantha". I have left some pre-review comments for you to address ASAP. Adabow (talk · contribs) 08:12, 7 March 2011 (UTC)

Due to your inactivity and the referencing, MoS and prose issues, I have failed the nomination. Please re-nominate the article when these have been addressed. Adabow (talk · contribs) 20:39, 10 March 2011 (UTC)

Your GA nomination of The Words That Maketh Murder

The article The Words That Maketh Murder you nominated as a good article has been placed on hold . The article is close to meeting the good article criteria, but there are some minor changes or clarifications needed to be addressed. If these are fixed within seven days, the article will pass, otherwise it will fail. See Talk:The Words That Maketh Murder for things which need to be addressed. Adabow (talk · contribs) 06:42, 13 March 2011 (UTC)

Do you plan on addressing these issues soon, or would you like me to fail the review for now so that you can re-nominate it later? Adabow (talk · contribs) 04:17, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
I've been gathering some of the sources you requested and been swamped this week, but will address the issues sometime within the next two-three days.

A GA review has started on Closing Time (album) and has been placed on hold for 7 days to allow time to improve prose and referencing. Assistance is encouraged and welcomed. SilkTork *YES! 12:45, 4 May 2011 (UTC)

I have closed the review. The article has not met the GA criteria. SilkTork *Tea time 12:15, 11 May 2011 (UTC)

GA nominations

I note that you have recently nominated three articles for GA, but were unable to follow up and deal with the issues raised during the reviews. If you find another article that you feel meets the GA criteria, I'd be happy to look at it with you and discuss what work would likely need doing to meet the GA criteria before nominating it. Please get in touch with me on my talkpage. SilkTork *Tea time 12:16, 11 May 2011 (UTC)

PJ Harvey

I just found this article (written in 1995 by journalist Lucy O'Brien) confirming that the album must have sold around one million copies worldwide. Here's the interesting part : Next week she is one of the main acts at the 25th Glastonbury Festival. With worldwide sales of her third album To Bring You My Love already double those of her first two and fast approaching a million, Harvey has arrived. The original article, "Queen of the Night: P.J. Harvey published in The Guardian, 12 June 1995, is available via rocksbackpages.Woovee (talk) 19:00, 23 January 2012 (UTC)

GAN

Done most of your requests in Talk:Pearl Jam (album)/GA1. See what still remains. igordebraga 14:04, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

Thanks, the article is almost ready to be passed, there's just three more minor reference issues to resolve beforehand.
  • "Direct quotes in the article note who said them, however the references don't."
"Can you give an example of this? (standardized the rest, though you can appoint mistakes)"

The article has parts that state things like "Ament said that...", the references should also note that. In the cite templates, last1 and first1 could be used to denote who said what.
  • Reference 27 states that there's a limited edition pressing but not that it's the only vinyl pressing.
  • In reference 61, there atill doesn't seem to be any mention of the album charting at #12 on Belgian Album Chart (WA).
Other than that, you've done a really great job on the article! If you need a hand with fixing any of these, just let me know. Hope to pass this soon. Idiotchalk (talk) 20:19, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

Fixed the last two... but you're suggesting adding the interviewee on the ref? I've never seen this being employed! igordebraga 21:52, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

I just double-checked and it turns out it's not neccessary, laggy memory on my part! Your last edit seems to clear everything up, the article's good enough to pass. Well done (and great album, by the way)! Idiotchalk (talk) 22:07, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

Thanks a lot! Let's hope that helps me make a Pearl Jam studio albums GT (Binaural is at the GAN, once I come back from a trip next week I'll work on Backspacer... and maybe then on the three that'll remain). igordebraga 15:08, 3 February 2012 (UTC)

Wondered if you could help finish the topic by checking out its GTC. igordebraga 19:14, 23 June 2012 (UTC)

PJ Harvey GAN

Hey,

I've finished my review. There are just a few citation issues that still need fixing. (See the review page.) How much time do you think you need to do this? I'll put the review on hold until these issues are cleared up.

Sindinero (talk) 09:17, 27 February 2012 (UTC)

Congratulations, I've just passed it as GA. Great work on that article - if you're invested in it, you might think about nominating it to be peer reviewed, to see how you could eventually turn it into a featured article. Sindinero (talk) 17:46, 2 March 2012 (UTC)

Patty Schemel article art not what you think it is

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you contributed some art to the Commons that reproduces the December 1995 cover of Deneuve magazine; your caption indicates that it was supposed to be Drum World of March 1995. Would you please fix this at your earliest convenience?

The art in question: File:Drum_World_-_Patty_Schemel.jpg

Have a good one! LibertyHiller (talk) 02:53, 29 April 2012 (UTC)

Hello Idiotchalk. Your candidate at FLC has a number of comments for you to address, are you going to re-visit? Cheers. The Rambling Man (talk) 09:09, 1 May 2012 (UTC)
