Why cant you just post a page anymore?

a movie is coming out that I like on 9/29 - I want this to post before it comes out and it says it takes 2 months for approval

I removed the empty help request at Draft talk:Sno Babies.

As for "why", it's because English Wikipedia has been gradually increasing the stringency of its inclusion requirements as a effort to cut down on the number of low-quality articles that are never looked at and never improved. Films which have not been released yet are seldom notable in the sense required, for more details, see NFILM.
