Conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello Jeeteshvaishya. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a black hat practice.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Jeeteshvaishya. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Jeeteshvaishya|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. If you are being compensated, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, please do not edit further until you answer this message. —SpacemanSpiff 12:25, 20 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Rajesh Baniya requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. [edit]

The article Bajrang Bahadur Singh has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Hi@Dharmadhyaksha: Dear, Suspection and Assumption does not prove any allegation. Before nominating any article for deletion at least you should check by googling about the subject. I really do not care whether article Anuraag Pandey exist or remain. But the issue is, you should at least try to improve the article if it does not meet Wikipedia's criteria rather than nominating it for deletion. Well, I have found enough sources to improve the article but I'm helpless to Wikipedia as i cannot make any edit. Provide me opportunity to improve the article, as even i concerns about Wikipedia. I have now read several rules and regulation, till now i was unaware. Thank You.--Jeeteshvaishya (talk) 16:33, 7 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You may present all those reliable sources over here and i can take them to AfD if they really are worth. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {Talk / Edits} 16:43, 7 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@Dharmadhyaksha:

I pasting here what i have got from Google Search and Google News,

Important & Reliable News Sources

May be not much Important because photo is only there

Sources with short mention about subject

News from less important publication As you said "radioandmusic.com is part of Indiantelevision.com, which is a promotional site and notability of it has been questioned many times on wiki and consensus has been that it is non-RS. (Personally I would use these sites only for referring trivial things, like personal information through interviews published there; but not to establish notability.)"

Okay, These references can be added for personal info. Well, When i was creating this article that time i was not knowing which news is reliable and important. If i was knowing, sure i would have gone with reliable sources like HT, Indian Express and all.

My clarification

[edit]

@SpacemanSpiff:, @Abecedare:, @Brianhe:, @DGG:

Hello, I’m back, was bit busy due to Ganpati Fgestival and some study related college work. Well, It is very unfair that even I was not given chance to give clarifications at COI Noticeboard and was blocked. So, I’m putting my points here.

I am still not getting why you guys are making baseless allegations and assumptions like Bloomocrats might be a bigger enterprise and all. I already cleared it that it is a Web Designing and Software developing company, which is yet officially not declared of its establishment, and you have witnessed its unmanaged under constructing blog/website. I think it clearly shows that how much we are serious about it or not.

And I saw sock puppet investigation about me. Sad, but again I want to let you know that I do not have any sock puppet account at all. And Yes, I told you about my alternative account and accepted it that I have user:Jeeteshroxx account, For what I have explained the reason as it was created, Once I had lost password of my this account and later was recovered password from a rough book where I have written passwords of my Gmail, FB, Twitter etc. That time I was not aware about that Wikipedia doesn’t allow you to use two accounts. When I came to know about this rule, I stopped using jeeteshroxx as you can see I am not using that account since long.

And I repeatedly told about my villager friend Rahul (whose nickname is Ratunj), And let me tell you that his Wikipedia user ID is User:Ratunj Tripathi. He has not much knowledge of Wikipedia editing. If he has edited article Raghuraj Pratap Singh, the only reason is Raghuraj Pratap Singh is MLA of our native hometown. I do not know about other accounts which are mentioned in Sock puppet investigation. Yet I didn’t understand on what basis these names have appeared.

Yes, I created article about novelist Saurabh Dudeja, when I had read his debuted novel and personally I liked his book. So I created his article as being inspired with his writing. But there was no any intention to promote him at all. Believe me that time I was not aware about much rules and regulations of Wikipedia and even that time even I hadn’t read WP:Notability guidelines properly. Well, Now I started reading so many rules so that I can understand Wikipedia much better. I’m sure if I knew Wikipedia’s notability guidelines properly, I would never have created this author’s Wikipedia article. I went through from article history and I’m much sure, later who has contributed to author’s article might be associated with him and tried to promote him.

And one more thing I would like to mention, Guys please be clear about Bloomocrats, as it is only a Web designing & Software developing and also makes android apps, it is not a PR Agency at all. This company is going to set up at online (not at physical office) by my village friend Rahul. Right now he is not much concentrated about company because as he is much busy in his personal life. And that blog/website, which was created and maintained by himself only, was unmanaged and under constructed. This shows that how much we (as he taken me because I have bit knowledge about Web designing) are serious about Bloomocrats or how much not. Well as of now, He (Rahul) has done some work of creating websites, which can be seen when you Google about Bloomocrats. Till now, I’m engaged with this IT company by words only as he’s my friend. Till now haven’t worked in designing any website as busy with my studies. Bloomocrats is nothing except an online IT company, which is not officially declared about its establishment, as right now no one has time to be focused on company. Here, I tried to explain my clarification. I hope you people understand. (As of maybe my English is not so good, I tried to explain my points).

Anyway, I agree that articles created by me, in which some might be promotional or subject of Non notability, the only reason is that I was not much aware about Wikipedia’s rules and its guidelines. Now, I have started reading several policies and rules, from which till now I was unaware. It’s great that getting so many things in detail about Wikipedia. By reading several norms, I came to know that on Wikipedia there are several such articles which do not even meet Wikipedia’s General Notability Guidelines. I realized this article should be deleted. In future, I would like to improve articles created by me or would also nominate those articles for deletion which do not meet Wikipedia’s norms. Soon, will request for unblock.

Wells, Sirs. I do not have problem, if you want to investigate more then proceed. I would try to co-operate every possible thing from my side. By reading several policies I came to know that whatever is being done by you people is not harassment. It is only matter of your concerns about Wikipedia. --Jeeteshvaishya (talk) 14:45, 2 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Paul Myers (entrepreneur)

[edit]

The article Paul Myers (entrepreneur) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:BIO for two reasons. Notability amounts to WP:BLP1E tied to a specific large donation, and is of merely local interest.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Strong Oppose : @Brianhe:, First I want to let you know that Suspection and Assumption does not prove any allegation. I'm blocked and can not make any edit, it doesn't mean that you nominate my created pages.

Paul Myers has received unconditional News coverage (Independent and secondary sources) of prestigious news publication, received International attention for record breaking donation. He is also owner an oldest British Columbia-owned mechanical company. Right now i googled about him, i saw some more news appeared about him and came to know about him that he is a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Vancouver Regional Construction Association, Myers is a former director of the Construction Labour Relations Association of BC (CLR) and the Mechanical Industrial Relations Association (MIRA).

See:

Huge significant media coverage in several prestigious news publication about a single event doesn't shows merely a local interest. He has gathered international attention by donating record breaking donation.

Basically, It passes WP:GNG, & WP:BLP1E as it clearly mentions "If reliable sources cover the person only in the context of a single event." And as of my knowledge, once it fulfill WP:NG, No questions appears. --Jeeteshvaishya (talk) 16:25, 7 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Bharat Gaurav Award

[edit]

The article Bharat Gaurav Award has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Part of a paid COIN activity; all "sources" are regurgitated press releases, prior content even had PR pieces quoted in the voice of a notable newspaper. No real coverage of this award, in fact the "coverage" it has in terms of the PR Wire/Business Wire recycles is factually inaccurate.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Sockpuppet investigation

[edit]

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Jeeteshvaishya, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

Thank you.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Pune International Literary Festival, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.
