Looks like you picked out an error there. Are you aware of a good source for the NBT test? doi:10.1172/JCI106156 seems to be the first description. JFW | T@lk 10:21, 8 January 2012 (UTC)

Hey! Sorry, for some reason I can't access the article that you linked. As to the NBT test I can't seem to find a primary source, but it was stated in Up to Date that a positive test was normal. — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 13:49, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
