Concern about your username[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "KamIncFilms", may not comply with our username policy. Please note that you may not use a username that represents the name of a company, group, organization, product, or website. Examples of usernames that are not allowed include "XYZ Company", "MyWidgetsUSA.com", and "Trammel Museum of Art". However, you are invited to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you personally, such as "Mark at WidgetsUSA", "Jack Smith at the XY Foundation", and "WidgetFan87". Please also note that Wikipedia does not allow accounts to be shared by multiple people, and that you may not advocate for or promote any company, group, organization, product, or website, regardless of your username. Moreover, I recommend that you read our conflict of interest guideline. If you are a single individual and are willing to contribute to Wikipedia in an unbiased manner, please create a new account or request a username change that complies with our username policy. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. --Orange Mike | Talk 00:16, 1 April 2014 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for November 18[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Soo Line 700, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Soo Line and Wisconsin Central. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

ArbCom elections are now open![edit]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. For the Election committee, MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 17:04, 24 November 2015 (UTC)

Citation needed[edit]

Hello. I appreciate your adding information about Phase III on the Empire Service locomotives, but please don't indicate the need for a citation as you did here, by putting the words "citation needed" in ref tags. That's indistinguishable from an actual citation. If you need to flag a statement like that, you should use the {{fact}} template. All the best, Mackensen (talk) 13:39, 13 January 2016 (UTC)

Union Depot[edit]

Hi KAM. I saw your recent edits here. You are using past tense for events which have not yet occurred. Please say that such-and-so is planned. Wait until after the event to use past tense. And in both cases, please provide cites to support the content you added.

Regards,

Kablammo (talk) 16:48, 21 April 2017 (UTC)
