If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 10:09, 22 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits on Iconic Tower[edit]

Hello. Please read the sources you add before you add them. Which you obviously haven't done with what you have added sofar, since you as source for a start date of 2018 added a reflink to an article from 2016 that was pure speculation, and claimed that the tower was to be finished by 2018 ("The capital to get 142-storey tower by 2018"), when in reality they haven't even decided who is going to build the tower yet. A process that could take years... - Tom | Thomas.W talk 11:21, 2 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

April 2018[edit]

Information icon Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Iconic Tower. Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Economy of Bangladesh. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Warning for unsourced inflation of numbers. The number you added ($751 billion) is not what the source in the article (imf.org) says.Tom | Thomas.W talk 08:05, 11 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot (talk) 17:48, 23 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

We still appreciate your contributions, and if you feel that the Forces Goal 2030 article is insufficient and the Navy section needs its own article, feel free to edit the Forces Goal 2030 article, or discuss the matter on the talk page. Shadhinota-class corvette moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Shadhinota-class corvette, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the confirms on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. Thanks for uploading File:General AG Osmani Chief.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:35, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use File:Atiqur Rahman Chief of Army Staff.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Atiqur Rahman Chief of Army Staff.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ronhjones  (Talk) 22:53, 16 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Purbachal cricket.png[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Purbachal cricket.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:49, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Khandaans. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "List of Bangladeshi films of 2020".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. If you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Liz Read! Talk! 17:45, 8 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, List of Bangladeshi films of 2021, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ... discospinster talk 17:48, 26 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Bangladesh GDP will increase[edit]

Hello Khandaans! Please look at the Economy of Bangladesh. Here Bangladesh gdp is 353 billion US dollar in 2021. But Bangladesh gdp is 378 billion US dollar in 2021. Thanks. Masud984 (talk). — Preceding unsigned comment added by Masud984 (talkcontribs) 12:12, 10 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

April 2021[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to List of military special forces units, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. - wolf 04:11, 26 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Page moves[edit]

It appears that since joining WP, you haven't made a single talk page comment. Engaging with the community is a critical aspect of project participation (see Wikipedia: Communication is required). I also note you have made several page moves, some controversial, yet you made all of them apparently without posting an WP:RM first, or seeking any consensus otherwise. I have posted a comment at Talk:List of highest-grossing films in Bangladesh#Page move, please respond at your earliest convenience. Thank you - wolf 04:54, 26 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

About some edit[edit]

Hi I hope you are fine. Why have you deleted the Uniform and protective equipment column?? অগ্নিশিখা (talk) 13:55, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Those police vehicles were used just for deployment in UN mission. These vehicles were actually bought for Bangladesh Army. That's why, after the UN mission those vehicles were returned to Bangladesh Army অগ্নিশিখা (talk) 14:01, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Bangladesh army[edit]

Hi. Can you please add Glock 26 in Bangladesh army equipment? You will find proof in Glock page in Wikipedia. Thank you. Sharar 20 (talk) 23:03, 22 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

About Bangladesh army equipment[edit]

Can you please add Actual Bangladesh army used weapons photo in small arms section? Such as in Type 56 assault rifle you can add this photo File:703A9335 Bangladeshi contingent, Kamatsi (46974262665).jpg

In BD-08 assault rifle you can add this photo File:703A9526 Bangladeshi contingent, Kamatsi (46974246065).jpg

BTR-70 photo in equipment page is the copy of sadman al samee's this photo File:Thug life Bangladesh Army BTR-80 APC. (32238107392).jpg It will be more suitable if you put the real photo which has more high quality. Or else you can put this photo in which will be more appropriate File:703A8683 Bangladeshi contingent, Kamatsi (47890439471).jpg

Please don't tell anyone about me, I beg you. I will provide everything about Bangladesh army new equipment with sufficient proof. Please keep my request. Sharar 20 (talk) 23:26, 22 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Don't let anyone make a meatpuppet out of you, Khandaans. Legitimate editors who cannot make an edit themselves may request edits on the article's talk page. If they're specific, uncontroversial, necessary, and sensible, another editor may implement the request, attributing it appropriately in their edit summary. Sharar 20 is suspected of sockpuppetry (see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Dibosh Chakma) so it would be unwise to edit at their command. --Worldbruce (talk) 02:03, 23 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Economy of Bangladesh[edit]

Hello! I'm Pullar56. I see the Economy of Bangladesh. In this article the GDP, GDP per capita is not right. So please the the GDP, GDP per capita to correct the article. Thanks. Pullar56 (talk) 14:22, 27 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal[edit]

I propose to merge Bangladesh Navy frigate project into High Performance Frigate Programme. I think that the content in the Bangladesh Navy frigate project article can easily be explained in the context of High Performance Frigate Programme, and the High Performance Frigate Programme article is of a reasonable size that the merging of Foo will not cause any problems as far as article size is concerned. Khandaans (talk) 14:56, 5 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

User:Khandaans You didn't even mentioned me! Your "High Performance Frigate Programme" is full of unsourced biased information. Your information are copied from defseca website which is unreliable. This is your source https://www.defseca.com/defence-industry/bangladesh-navy-gets-closer-to-finalising-multi-billion-dollar-frigate-program/ Nafis Fuad Ayon (talk) 12:07, 6 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

User:Khandaans, User:Worldbruce I propose to delete "High Performance Frigate Programme" instead. High Performance Frigate Programme information copied from unreliable defseca. https://www.defseca.com/defence-industry/bangladesh-navy-gets-closer-to-finalising-multi-billion-dollar-frigate-program/ Nafis Fuad Ayon (talk) 12:33, 6 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This is not the correct place to propose a merger or deletion.

High Performance Frigate Programme doesn't cite defseca or copy from their article "Bangladesh Navy gets closer to finalising multi-billion dollar frigate program". If there is content not supported by the sources it does cite, that content should be removed. Nor is High Performance Frigate Programme (mostly written 25-26 July) a copy of Bangladesh Navy frigate project (written 27 July). If it copied any information on 28 July, it needs to provide attribution, but otherwise copying within Wikipedia is okay.

The two articles are about the same topic, so they will not both survive. See Wikipedia:Merging for the right way to propose a merger. Remember that no one owns a Wikipedia article. --Worldbruce (talk) 13:37, 6 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

User:Worldbruce I request you to marge both of the articles with the "Bangladesh Navy frigate project" title.Nafis Fuad Ayon (talk) 15:49, 6 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
