Thanks for your edit to the Shared decision-making article! I wasn't aware of the Eisenberg Series, and I look forward to perusing the conference proceedings. I noticed that you took the conference description directly from the AHRQ website — which is fine both because it's a brief quotation and because, as a work of the U.S. government, it's in the public domain. However, even with public domain sources, it's still a good idea to use quotation marks.
